About Me
I’m currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Williams College.

Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Pittsburgh, working with Dr. Jonathan Rubin. Our research focused on modeling the substantia nigra pars reticulata (SNr), an output nucleus of the basal ganglia which is implicated in Parkinson’s Disease. Background
I earned my PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire, where I was mentored by Dr. Kevin Short. My doctoral research centered on stabilizing chaotic dynamics in neural models. These results have been published and links to those papers can be found at Publications.

I completed my undergraduate studies Elon University where I earned a BS in Physics.
